Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: September 29, 2026

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for CRWLR subscriptions ("Service"), operated by I.L.S. Outsourcing & Network Supply Ltd., trading as CRWLR Firewall Auditing, a company registered in Israel (company no. 513827279) ("CRWLR", "we", "us"). It supplements our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Service generally.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. In practice: you ask for a refund, and Paddle issues it and handles the transaction on your bank statement.

1. 14-Day Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. This covers every payment on any paid plan (Starter or Pro), monthly or annual, including renewals. Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime, self-serve, from the billing settings in your account, or from the link in your Paddle receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.

3. Free Trial

New accounts get 2 free scans with no credit card required. The free trial never generates a charge, so there is nothing to refund until you choose to subscribe.

4. How to Request a Refund

Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, email contact@crwlr.io, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Include your account email or invoice number so the payment can be found quickly. Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you stronger refund or cancellation rights than this policy, those rights apply.

6. Before You Dispute a Charge

The charge on your statement appears under Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, not under CRWLR. If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us first at contact@crwlr.io before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. We can usually resolve billing issues, refunds, cancellations, and invoice corrections faster and more simply than a card dispute, which can take your issuer weeks to settle and which Paddle, as merchant of record, is responsible for handling.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy or a specific charge: contact@crwlr.io or +972-77-249-7554.
